Public-Private Joint Ventures

The fiscal challenges facing public sector organizations require that they maximize the value of their capital assets, as well as their operating dollars. GEP is currently serving as a financial advisor to the Harrisburg (Pa) Parking Authority as it contemplates its role in support of the City of Harrisburg's potential default on $300 million of incinerator debt.
